Sarah Szloboda Artistic Director

Growing up in Vancouver, Sarah knew at an early age how important arts and entertainment are to development in all senses of the word.  With a fierce love for the eccentric, and a passion for the ensemble, she continued her education with Capilano University’s Acting program.  Some favourite credits include: A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Skriker, The Ash Girl, and the Threepenny Opera.  After graduation Sarah immediately began work in the community as a producer/director/actor.  She co-wrote the hit fringe show The First Time which led to her success directing Speed-The-Plow shortly thereafter.  Throughout that year Sarah continued work for other established companies.  Sarah recently completed work assisting Scott Bellis’s direction of Anthony & Cleopatra at Bard on the Beach. Sarah will next be seen in Metro theatre’s Here On the Flight Path and is in rehearsals directing an equity co-op of Alan Ball’s Five Women Wearing the Same Dress.  She looks forward to another season of Terminal Theatre shows shortly after wrap.  Sarah founded Terminal Theatre to not only showcase the vast array of talent in this city, but to also bring fresh, raucous, and relevant pieces to the audiences that crave it.
